advise them and give them an alternative solution.

We should all aim to improve all of the time
and we must take personal responsibility for
our work. Every function and person will benefit
from constant evaluation, training and development.
We should demonstrate enterprise and initiative
and not accept the status quo.

Schoolwear and Scout and Guide Uniforms are not
high margin products, but we are in business
to make a profit! It pays our wages and guarantees
our future through its re-investment. We can
improve our profitability by managing costs
effectively, by not wasting our assets.
