What Shipping Methods Are Available?

For UK orders below £50 that are placed before 1pm, the delivery charge is £2.95 and we aim for next day delivery, however that is not always guaranteed.

For UK orders below £50 that are placed after 1pm, the delivery charge is £2.95, however we cannot guarantee next day delivery.

The delivery charge for UK orders over the value of £50 is free of charge.

Orders placed before 1pm will be aimed to be dispatched same day, orders placed after 1pm will not be dispatched until next working day.

The dates for the delivery of goods are approximate only.

The Company will not be liable for the consequences of any delay in the delivery of the Goods beyond the Company’s control.

Delivery charges will be applied according to the rates published by the Company from time to time.

  • UK orders will require a signature upon delivery.
  • Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays or at weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
  • Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.

Shipping to The Channel Islands

Our delivery charge to The Channel Islands is £8 per order, regardless of the order value. Orders will be tracked and dispatched within 24 hours (unless the order is placed after 1pm on a Friday or at weekend. In this case, we will dispatch your order the following Monday). We cannot guarantee next day delivery. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.

Please be aware that all orders shipped outside the UK are to expect potential tax and duties and these costs vary depending on country of delivery.

International Shipping

Our delivery charge to European countries is £10 per order, regardless of the order value. Orders will be tracked and dispatched within 24 hours (unless the order is placed after 1pm on a Friday or at weekend. In this case, we will dispatch your order the following Monday). We cannot guarantee next day delivery. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.

Order Cancellations

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel any order made from www.davidluke.com and we will then issue you with a full refund.

Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing within an hour of the order being placed. You must email your name, address and order number within the hour of placing the order. Upon receipt of your email we will cancel the order and reply to you confirming that your order has been cancelled. If your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us.

Returns and Refunds

Davidluke.com guarantee to refund the cost of any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us unworn, in a saleable condition, in its original packaging with tags still attached, within 28 days of receipt.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the item. The refund will be to the cost of the item only and will not include the delivery charge.

It can take up to 28 days from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and your refund processed.

Please note that a £1.99 returns charge will be deducted from your refund.

UK Returns via EVRI 

How to return in 7 easy steps

  1. Repack your item(s) along with the completed returns form.
  2. To generate your returns label, visit the following link and click on ‘Return’ from the top menu – https://www.evri.com/return-a-parcel
  3. Enter ‘David Luke’ in the search field then select ‘Return a parcel’.
  4. Enter your surname, postcode, email and reason for return & then select continue.
  5. Select how you would prefer to return your parcel, either via parcelshop drop off, locker drop off or courier collection.
  6. You will receive an email confirming your returns option with further instructions on next steps.
    Please note: you may need to check your junk folder for the return confirmation email from Evri
  7. For parcelshop drop off’s the returns label can be printed at home OR you scan the QR code (found in your return confirmation email
    from Evri) at your drop-off location to print a label in the parcelshop.

There are thousands of Evri ParcelShops and Lockers across the UK.

Please add your order number to your returns slip in your order.

Please note that a £1.99 returns charge will be deducted from your refund.

International Returns

If you would like to return your order from outside the UK, please post to David Luke, Parently Park, Bredbury Park Industrial Estate, Bredbury, Stockport SK6 2SN. Please include a returns note with your name, order number and reason for return, otherwise we will be unable to process your return.

Note: The refund will be to the cost of the item only and will not include the delivery charge. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Items returned are at the customer’s own cost and liability.

If the item you received is faulty, please email customercare@davidluke.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of what is wrong with the product. You will then be contacted within 24 hours of receipt of email. Please note you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.
